There is no adequate comparison between The Creator of the universe and the humans He created. He is the Almighty and we are made of dust. Maybe the only reason we can have a relationship with God is because He made us in His image and His love for is a beautiful mystery.
He is eternal and we are mortal.
That is why I think that Worship is the only reasonable relationship between us and the Almighty.
Let’s talk about the the human race and put it in context:
Each human being on planet Earth is made up of 7 billion billion billion atoms (which is a 7 followed by 27 zeros).
Every atom in your body is 99% EMPTY SPACE.
If you were to remove all of the empty space contained in every atom in every person on planet earth and compress us all together, then the overall volume of our particles would be smaller than a sugar cube.
8 Billion people would fit in the PALM OF YOUR HAND.
Now CONTRAST that description to the Almighty.
“God is one spirit, eternal, infinite, unchangeable, self-existent, living, and immortal in his being, the omnipotent, omniscient Creator and Sovereign of all things in heaven and on earth, of all things visible and invisible.”
Again, Humans are made of DUST and are PASSING away. The Almighty is a SPIRIT and has ETERNAL existence .
So I believe that Worship is the only reasonable relationship between us and the Almighty.
